1. Purpose

This Code of Conduct outlines the principles, standards, and ethical expectations that govern behavior at Bluestate Media OPC Pvt. Ltd. It ensures that all employees uphold our values, maintain professional integrity, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and productive work environment.

This Code applies to:

All full-time, part-time, remote, freelance, or contractual employees

Interns, vendors, consultants, and third-party collaborators

All work-related interactions, including in-person, remote, email, phone, chat, or video
