This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this [Date], by and between:
Bluestate Media OPC Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 48-13-4, Flat 101, Vasantha Vilas, Behind Ayush Hospital, Sri Ram Chandra Nagar, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh – 521108, India (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”),AND[Employee Full Name], residing at [Employee Address] (hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”).
1. Position and Scope of Work
1.1 The Company agrees to employ the Employee in the position of [Job Title].
1.2 The Employee agrees to devote full working time, attention, and best efforts to the Company’s business.
1.3 Duties and responsibilities shall be outlined in the job description and may be modified based on project needs.
2. Commencement and Term2.1 Employment shall commence on [Start Date].2.2 This agreement shall continue unless terminated as per Clause 7 below.
3. Compensation and Benefits3.1 The Employee shall receive a Monthly CTC of ₹[Amount], subject to statutory deductions.3.2 Breakdown of the salary is provided in Annexure A.3.3 The Employee is entitled to benefits such as paid leave, holiday entitlements, reimbursements, and any other benefits outlined in the Employee Handbook.
4. Work Hours and Leave4.1 The standard work schedule shall be [e.g., Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST].4.2 The Employee is entitled to [X] days of paid leave annually and other leaves as per the Company Leave Policy.
5. Probation and Confirmation5.1 The Employee will undergo a probationary period of [3/6] months.5.2 Upon successful completion, employment will be confirmed in writing.
6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure6.1 The Employee agrees not to disclose or misuse any confidential information.6.2 A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be signed as part of onboarding
7. Termination of Employment7.1 During probation, either party may terminate the Agreement with 7 days’ written notice.7.2 Post-confirmation, the notice period shall be [30 days] or salary in lieu thereof.7.3 The Company reserves the right to terminate employment for misconduct or breach of contract without notice.
8. Intellectual Property8.1 All intellectual property created during the tenure of employment shall remain the sole property of the Company.8.2 The Employee waives all rights to such IP unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Conflict of Interest9.1 The Employee must not engage in any activity that conflicts with the Company’s interest during or after employment.
10. Governing Law10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh courts.
11. Entire Agreement11.1 This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior verbal or written communication.
